Disney star sued for sending explicit messages and videos to 13-year-old girl

Disney star Kyle Massey, best known for his role every bit Cory Baxter in That's So Raven, was sued on Friday (Mar 15) by a 13 year onetime for sending her explicit texts, video and photos in December.
In court documents obtained by People, Massey, 27, had met the teen at Universal City with her mother when she was just four years quondam. The girl is not named in the lawsuit as she is a pocket-size.
The pair kept in touch equally the teen was interested in a career in entertainment, with Massey offering to assist and even developing a bail with her family, according to court documents.
The issue arose when the teen texted Massey in Nov 2022 to express her involvement in auditioning for a reboot of his spinoff series Cory In The Firm. He allegedly planned to have the Seattle-based teen live with him and his girlfriend in Los Angeles while he helped her to find an agent.
In December 2018, Massey requested to exist friends with the girl on SnapChat and shortly afterward, started sending her "numerous sexually explicit text messages, images, and videos".
The teen is suing the thespian for at least US$ane.5 million (S$2 million), according to the lawsuit.
